I used my season pass a ton this winter, and it really paid off. My brother came with me a few times too, and we never had any issues getting on the lifts. Super easy and definitely worth it

Overall, I’d say the resort was clean when we were there, especially considering it was a busy ski day. The bathrooms near the lodge weren’t exactly spotless, but they were a bit better than I expected.
The tables seemed to get wiped down fairly quickly, and I didn’t notice trash piling up around the bins. There were a few muddy spots near the lockers, though that’s probably hard to avoid. I’d probably give it around 4 stars for cleanliness.

I was expecting more variety, but the runs all started to feel the same after a while. I got bored way faster than I thought I would and kept waiting for something more interesting, but it never really happened.

We booked ski and snowboard lessons at Big Bear for our first time, it went really good. The instructors were super patient, super patient, and never made us feel silly for falling over and over again. My kids had a great time too, which made the whole day even better. Check-in was easy, everything felt smooth, and we left feeling way more confident than when we started.

i mean, I was expecting the lift lines at Big Bear Mountain Resort to be way worse last weekend, but they were actually manageable. Even during the busier part of the day, we were usually only waiting around 5-10 minutes.
It made the day feel a lot more relaxed since we could get more runs in instead of standing around forever. The staff seemed to keep things moving well too, so yeah, I’d definitely go back.

I booked my lift tickets on bigbearmountainresort.com last night and it was straightforward. The dates, times, and prices were easy enough to understand, and the checkout went through without any issues.

I got the confirmation email almost right away, which was nice. Maybe a couple tiny things could be a little smoother on the site, but nothing that really bothered me. Overall, it only took a few minutes and I was happy with the experience.

I rented gear here and it was in rough shape. The boards looked old, the boots weren’t comfortable, and they just felt kind of worn out overall

We showed up a little early, and yeah, parking was way easier than I expected. The lot was close enough that walking with our gear wasn’t a big deal at all, and we didn’t have to do that whole circle-around-forever thing like you do at some other resorts. Getting out was smooth too. A little slow, sure, but nothing crazy. not having to stress about parking made the whole day feel a lot more relaxed.

Went last weekend the snow was better than I expected. There were a few icy patches here and there, because of course there were, but overall it was still a really fun day out.

After a few runs I was expecting overpriced garbage, but the food was actually solid. Fries came out hot and not all sad and soggy like some places, and the coffee was decent enough to get me feeling human again. Line moved quick too, which was nice because standing around freezing like an idiot is the worst. Good little spot to warm up before heading back out

I thought it was going to be a long wait, but the crowds kept moving quick, so it was fine in that way.

I spent the morning out on the trails and they were in great shape. The runs felt smooth and well-maintained the whole time, which made it easy to just relax and enjoy. Based on my experience, I’d definitely feel good coming back.

I used the shuttle from the lot and it went really smoothly. The driver was nice, I didn’t have to wait long, and getting back after the ride was easy too. I’d use it again.

I went in not really knowing what to expect, and for the most part it was a easy experience. The place had a decent vibe, and a few of the staff members were really friendly and easy to chat with, which definitely helped make the visit feel more comfortable. They answered questions clearly and seemed like they actually wanted to help. Later on, though, I did notice that not everyone was on the same page. A couple of people seemed kind of rushed or not super interested, not rude or anything, just a bit checked out. So overall, the staff made the visit better, but for the price, I was kind of hoping the service would feel a little more consistent all around.
